t Via Verdi, we are bringing the passion for high quality, authentic Italian cuisine to every plate that is served. Our goal is to bring the authentic Italian experience of a meal to you, so you can relax, taste, and enjoy a meal as the Italians do!
Fabrizio and Nicola Carro grew up loving food and cooking in their hometown of Alessandria in Northern Italy. After working in kitchens throughout Europe, they moved to Miami to head up the restaurant Quattro, on Miami Beach’s famous Lincoln Road. As twin executive chefs at Quattro, Fabrizio and Nicola watched the restaurant flourish and become a Miami Beach destination. In 2010, they were invited to participate in “Iron Chef America” on The Food Network in a twin battle vs. Chefs Michael Symon and Michael Psilakis.

That same year, Fabrizio went to New York to lead a new Quattro restaurant at the Trump SoHo hotel, while Nicola remained at Quattro Miami. The twins made appearances on The Martha Stewart Show, The Today Show, and Rocco’s Dinner Party on Bravo TV. After opening their third Quattro location in Mexico City, the twins decided it was time to branch out on their own, and founded Via Verdi in 2013.
